Pool Rules

The enjoyment of the pool and surrounding facilities is dependent on a high standard of sanitation and conduct as required by these rules. The support of everyone is essential. Failure to comply with these rules can result in loss of pool privileges and monetary fines. The High Meadow Association and High Meadow Tax District are not responsible for any accidents resulting from the use of the pool or surrounding facilities.

Compliance with our Insurance regulations mandates that:

  • The pool gate must be closed and latched at all times.
  • No resident is allowed into the pool area who does not have a key. This includes neighbors you recognize. (Someone’s pool privileges and keys might have been taken away, unbeknownst to you.)

  • Residents must accompany their guests at all times while using the pool.
  • Residents are limited to 4 guests at any one time. Requests for larger groups need to be made in advance to the Property Manager using the web Requests form. Please state all details about purpose of use, number of people, dates, all all relevant information on the form.
  • Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult Resident.
  • Diving is not permitted.
  • Running and boisterous or rough play is prohibited.
  • Nothing shall be taken inside the pool which may tend to injure, obstruct or disrupt the enjoyment or swimming of other bathers or pollute the water. This includes rafts, floating devices, beach balls, tennis balls, games, etc.
  • All persons known or suspected of being afflicted with communicable diseases, skin diseases, or wearing bandages, are prohibited from using the pool.
  • Plastic pants must be worn over swim diapers for children who are recently or not potty trained.
  • All persons shall shower before entering the pool.
  • All pets are prohibited from the pool and surrounding pool area.
  • Glass containers of any type are prohibited from the pool area.
  • No food or beverages may be consumed in the pool area.
  • All personal belongings must be removed from the pool area daily.

  • IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of all residents to clean up the pool area. If you see things out of order, please straighten them up. Please close umbrellas, chairs or any item that you have used. If you open a table umbrella, be sure you close it before leaving. (They can be damaged by wind, if left open.)
We do not pay for a service company to straighten or clean up the pool area. We are self-cleaning.

Parking on the streets overnight between 2 AM and 5 AM is not allowed. Parking overnight between these hours will subject the vehicle to towing.
