Good Neighbor Guidelines

Trash
Trash collection is Wednesday mornings. (If a national holiday falls on Wednesday, then trash collection will be Thursday in that week.) Both trash and recyclables are collected every Wednesday. Please place your bins out either after dark on Tuesday nights, or very early Wednesday mornings. Please the automated loading trash container with the correct side facing the street, so they can be unloaded by the truck.

Dogs
Dogs or other pets must be leashed and accompanied when outside. Be sure to pick up your pet's waste and dispose of it. (Violators will be fined.)

Parking
Parking on the streets overnight between 2 AM and 5 AM is not allowed. Parking overnight between these hours will subject the vehicle to towing. If your vehicle will not fit in your driveway, they can be parked short term at the pool. If a vehicle is towed, it must be be recovered promptly as the towing fee plus daily storage fees will be assessed.

Saving on Electricity
A number of members report getting savings of approximately 10% on their power supplier services. To save, be sure your “Distribution Rate” is “005.” This is the rate for residential electric heating prior to 12/21/06. Distribution rate 001 for non-heating customers is higher.

Property Changes
Any changes to the structures, exterior, decorative elements and landscaping of any property are governed and regulated by the association and Architectural Guidelines. Please make any requests for changes in writing to the Property Manager. The requests should be detailed with specifications of sizes, brands, colors and all details of what you want to do. Please also submit pictures and/or pdf’s of manufacturer’s product sheets.
